Description:

Didn't set out with the intention to record some spottings but sighted a few fungi on a trail at little talbot and couldn't contain myself

Nice finding Psilo,i think you are rigth,it's a red russula,but almost impossible to know the species without microscopic photos of the spores,so you can put it us a red russula,in common name and russula sp. in the scientific name,it's correct like that,other wise,is allways possible to be wrong,ok?
