Yes they do. There are a few easy to ID tells for a Broad-Tailed. One is the tail shape, two is the lacking black immediately under the mandible, three is the faint eye ring.

Without a doubt that's a Broad-Tailed. That chin's way too pink to be a Ruby-Throated, plus your location once again rules out Ruby.
