Brown, bell-shaped cap, which will become flat with age. The cap has white, scattered patches of volva. White stem, flesh, and gills.
Growing on the ground in mixed, wet forest.
This is probably either A. rhacopus and A. texasorora, but cannot be identified further without DNA analysis. Identified by the Mushroom Observer
