Judge Hart, Jan 31 2015, 3:10, Berkeley's Green. Thin Evergreen tree near my house, it stays green all year round and is most likely a conifer tree. And to further classify the tree I believe it may be in the juniper family.
Grows in the temperate climate of the state of Virginia and stays green all year round.
