Finally, after days of hunting this creature, I was able to take some decent shots. Whew.

I believe we have that here, too. But like what Shekainah said, they kept on spinning around.:D
Thank you Jolly! :)
Added to Moths in the Philippines mission.
Thanks Shekainah for the information.
This one has a striking blue coloration on the sides. I got similar spotting but with black and white colors only. It has a unique attitude of head banging and spinning around pivoting on the head - captured it in a video. Its a cosmet moth / cosmopterigidae.
Very interesting looking creature. tineidae?
Not a plume moth, sorry. I was fooled by that hairy legs!
Hi! Can anyone help me with the ID of this tiny moth?
That's nice to know. Thanks for the information.
Yes, Jolly, her's is very pretty, but it has those traditional brown and cream colors, while your's have that nice blue shade - which, by the way, is very rare on moths!
This is the spotting of Ms Karen L: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/127...
Thanks asergio. Ms. Karen L has one spotting like this although with a different color. I'm not sure whether they are of the same species.
It looks like a plume moth, but I've never seen one so colorful!
