Thanks for clarification bee. I wasn't sure that's why I commented instead of an official suggestion. I'm not too familiar with hairstreaks, I recognize one when I see it but haven't seen too man personally.

It is a Hairstreak. The Gray hairstreak is a very similar shape and size, but only has a small amount of orangy red on the outer hindwing. The Red-banded hairstreak is named for the prominent banding that appears on both the fore and hindwing. Nice capture.

This is a Hairstreak. Looks like the Grey Hairstreak, but I'm not 100% sure.
