A few thoughts Joshua... wing venation doesn't look 'netty' enough for most Neuroptera (net wings) owlfly has clubbed tips on antennae... the one exception to consider might be Sialidae - I think they're called Alderfly. We don't have them here but should be plenty around your parts. Good luck with it. :)
