Alison... Peacock is our(India) National Bird so I naturally I have some knowledge about them to share I am still finding better spottings of them them in their freedom. They are captivated every corner of the World in most of zoos as they are considered most beautiful bird on this planet. But I prefer to spot them in their freedom where they are happy mostly.

Alison you have submitted this great bird's spotting on the day which considered beginning of Breeding season of Peacocks in their real habitats here in India. The Indian Calender Month Shraavan is started from yesterday... This Monsoon season is big opportunity to see such beautiful Male birds dancing in wild habitats what is mostly happen in their breeding season.
