A mid-sized songbird, It has a distinctive crest on the head and a gray mask in the female. Green olive color. Red short beak.
Spotted at the Ramble area, central Park, New York. It can be found in southeastern Canada, through the eastern United States from Maine to Minnesota to Texas, and south through Mexico, Belize, and Guatemala.
