Family: Notodontidae (Prominents) A common stout noctuid moth gray with green. Scalloped AM and PM lines marked with line white dashes. TL 23-25 mm. Hosts: Trees and woody plants including maple, oak, apple and beech.
Near woodlands in meadows. Attracted to light.

Thanks Forest Dragon. Maybe Drab Prominent (Misogada unicolor) I sent this in to an expert. Thanks again! This is a difficult one.

I have one in my spottings but it doesn't look quite the same (they have a bit of variation in color and patterning and fluffiness).
