Description:

About 2" long. If we touch the front part, the orange thing, osmeterium, that produce bad smell will be slip out. This caterpillar eat orange or lemon leaf.

Habitat:

Indonesia, tropical climate (Rain-forest)

Amazing spotting.

A little known fact is that this species of caterpillar inspired the popular Pokemon known as "Caterpie." I'm sure anyone who has ever seen it will immediately see the similarity.

Great spot! The Black swallowtail butterfly caterpillars (Papilio polyxenes) exhibit the same behavior.
