Hi Robin. Nice spotting. I am pretty sure it is a green frog based on the picture. The only other similar species in Michigan would be the bullfrog. The link provided is in the suggestion is to the Michigan DNR page which also has information about the bullfrog. I think the frogs in the picture appear to have the fold of skin that differentiates the green frog from the bullfrog. Keep up the great posts.
