Persoonia levis
Spreading tree or shrub, some specimens grow into beautifully drooping small trees that would look wonderful in any native garden setting. Plants produce small yellow coloured flowers that appear slightly hairy, followed by grape-shaped green coloured fruits, leaves are lance shaped, new leaves are more golden and pink in colour and slightly hairy. Branch bark is slightly hairy when new but trunk and older branches become quite rough and dark.
Found in dry forest types and heath country, throughout NSW, Victoria and Queensland eastern regions.
