Moricandia arvensis?
I have doubts with this plant. It looks a lot like the Mediterranean species, Moricandia arvensis but because I found it in California it is either introduced as garden plant or is another similarly looking species. Also looking at the leaves in the last pic they do not look like Moricandia but it could also be that two plants are mixed together. If somebody else knows better, please let me know.
