Description:

Family: Erebidae, Subfamily: Arctiinae, Tribe: Arctiini. A kind of Tiger Moth. 28 mm long. 5 cm wingspan. Creamy White (even pale orange), FW has black cross image. Black streak along inner margin. Wings open, bright orange or yellow with one or two black spots (sometimes no spots at all) Hosts: Oak, peach, willow.

Habitat:

Open woodlands. Attracted to light
