They were sitting on my neighbors fence and deck rail this afternoon the one one the fence wasn't afraid of me at all. When he or she did try to fly it landed a few feet on the ground I was afraid it was hurt so I called a lady who did raptor rescues she said that it was probably a juvenile and hadn't realty got the hang of flying yet and because it was young that it hadn't developed a fear of people yet . After awhile it did fly off exciting day'
