It's a fledgling, just left the nest. With the white-edged black tail, mottled head, and bill shape, I suspect a juvenile shrike, maybe Red-backed (Lanius collurio).

I found it on the side of a road. It didnt look injuried, but couldnt fly. It "jumped" in the forest when I got closer. I dont have anymore shots of it. Liam, what do you think it might be?
