Filter feeding crustacean
Great spotting, Kera! Since you now know the identity of your organism, please go ahead and fill in the scientific name field. This allows the spotting to fully enter the database and become complete, letting groups and individuals to use the data and find your spotting. It also takes the spotting off the "unidentified" list. Thank you! Here's a great Project Noah blog entry that explains the spotting process:http://blog.projectnoah.org/post/2870249...
i like the name dragon toes they do look like them
Thank you! We named "dragon toes" but now we know what they really are.
I've seen a number of these on the opposite side of the lagoon from where you were, at Agate Beach in Bolinas. Beautiful little things.
Welcome to Project Noah! Take a look at my suggestion. Unfortunately it's only at the order level. It would be difficult to narrow it down to the species, let along genus or family.
