Amphiprion polymnus
Saddleback Anemonefish (also known as Yellow-finned Anemone-fish and Panda Clownfish) lay their eggs on rocks under or near the sea anemone which they call home. The eggs adhere to the substrate. It is the male of the species that takes care of the eggs, guarding and aerating them.
This mass of eggs was in about 15m of water at the Dayang Beach dive site, Talikud Island. While taking pictures of it, I experienced numerous charges from the attendant anemonefish (shown in 3rd photo). He was quite aggressive and didn't let up until I left.
