Good job, Craig! Olene (not Olena!) mendosa sounds quite good! Look carefully at the tiny white spot within the lateral "brush". The other markings look also quite good, but it would anyway be useful to check for other Olene from the Philippines. I do not have enough information about it.
I agree with Dan with Orgyia sp., but I am not sure if this really is Antiqua. There might be white-tufted hairs but usually more yellowish and the markings look different. There are about 20 different Orgyia species in the Australasian area. I think Antiqua is not found on the Philippines.
