Although I have searched for a picture book based on the shape of the beak and eye color that is characteristics of bird, the book has not been clearly stated unfortunately, I was not able to recognize.
I was able to find the image in the web, finally to discover.

Agreed. My (old) books have drawings, not photographs, lots to each page, and don't show the eye colour on this bird. The description, which does mention the eye colour, is a mere 223 pages away! I'd said no to this because I did not see a blue eye in my book! Glad you found it, well done!
