found some flowers (four white petals) there is even one in the photo, third quadrant

It looks like that Goat's Beard (Tragopogon pratensis)and a little like Virgin's-bower (Clematis virginiana) and a little like this Eriophorum angustifolium (Cyperaceae)

it's actually growing on a fence near my house, but it's not a house plant. it grows like a vine. a friend suggested it being called goat's beard, but i'm having a hard time finding info.
