Fulvous Pied Flat butterfly - Orange butterfly

Description:

have reddish brown wings on both under- and upper-sides to orange upper-sides.

Habitat:

found in grass ladien areas in the middle of dense forest or plantations.In the Nelliyampathy forest their habitat is very tough to find.

Notes:

the butterfl;y is hard to find and capture a shot.it took us 3 days to locate one and 30 mintues chasing in to get a snap.they share there habbitat with the common flat,malabar flat and other ground deweling butterflies.
