'Chartruse' is another cultivar that is the same color.

We use a lot of these in urns and containers at work. They cultivar with yellow leaves that we use is called Sulphur, but there are others, so I'm not sure what this is. When you dig them up in the fall there will be large tubers underground that you can eat. I've fried them up as french fries. They're not amazing but they're not bad.
