Walter's Violet

Viola walteri

Order: Malpighiales > Family: Violiaceae. Also known as Prostrate Blue Violet, it is native from Ohio to Texas and north central Florida. This is easily the smallest violet I've come across, with tiny flowers and tiny round leaves that cluster to go along with it.
