bayucca, I have been looking in the internet at Saturniid Moth Caterpillar, just can not find one that resembled mine (well, one but not as hairy). So frustrating. Could you guide me?

Automeris caterpillars are very difficult to ID. There are several around in Costa Rica and they might change colors and shape during development.
