I am not very learned when it comes to African birds. It is a female Rock Thrush, you may be right with Sentinel. I suggested Cape Rock Thrush because it's a more common species. I can't distinguish the two species well enough to definitely say either way.

Liam, I have a pic of Cape Rock Thrush. This one does not look like one. may be Sentinel Rock Thrush.
