Check 'Tribu Eburiini Blanchard, 1845:145' in my link. The Ivory-marked Beetles have longer and yellow marks in Puerto Rico most likely due to the available food source commonly found in Puerto Rico :-)

This looks very much like an Ivory-marked Beetle (Eburia quadrigeminata). A little more research might be required to see if they occur in your area or if this is a similar species. https://bugguide.net/node/view/2873
