Papilio glaucus
Large yellow butterfly with black stripes and black edges to wings. Black and yellow striped body. This butterfly and two other species of butterfly were "puddling" in the mud on the edge of a lake. Puddling is a behavior seen when butterflies get minerals and other nutrients from mud, dung, tears or other sources that they are unable to get from nectar.
