Description:

It was so, so tiny, making me wonder if it wasn't a juvenile. I'm unfamiliar with how much their colors change as they age, or how they may vary when ready to molt. I'm seriously thinking it may be H. mitrata because of this picture, but there are a few other Hentzia species that have a similarly blonde look to them: https://bugguide.net/node/view/910715/bg...

Habitat:

Found on a hedge sapling of some sort, in a mixed deciduous neighborhood.

That's a lot closer than I was able to get, it's certainly got the right shape/look to it!

I think you have a female from genus Hentzia. Here is a link. The females are often difficult to ID to species.
