Description:

Winter migrant
Bigger then the Ross's Goose with a longer bill and longer neck. The neck as ribbed look. The bill will show a grin line. Most Snow Geese will be White Morph and some Blue Morph(have not seen yet) dark in color from the neck down and white head (except for immatures). The wings have black ends. Immature are dirty brown with smudge line on lores. And bill brownish.

Habitat:

These seem to like hanging out at a park in the grass. Also spotted on golf courses and flooded fields.

Spotted with Ross's Geese, Canada Geese and White-fronted Geese.
