Soft skin like a sardine or mackerel. About 15 inches total length and a diameter of about 3.5" at the mid section. Looks more like an eel of sort...

Habitat:

Salt Water Reefs?

Notes:

Caught while snapper fishing off a reef in about 90ft of water. Water temp was approx 84f with limited water visibility. Surface conditions were calm and overcast. Time about mid-day. Caught with cut pieces of Bonita (Little Tunny).
