Aspidimorpha miliaris
@kitchi: I did not find any species called Aspidomorpha Sanctoecrusis. Do you have a link or additional information about your ID?
In case we are not sure about it, we should better take just Aspidomorpha sp. or, after a recheck from Michael Aspidomorpha cf. miliaris.
Hi Michael. Thanks for your constant beetle expertise. I would agree with Aspidomorpha sp., but I am missing the black spots/patches at the border, although not the whole beetle is shown, I think these spots should be there for being Miliaris. Please, do not forget to add some links. We all want to learn from the experts.
I found Miliaris in the reference library:

Is it really Miliaris?? Do you have more information about this "paler" form. Obviously only the side patches are missing, the typical 4 black spots are present.
This is a tortoise beetle (Chrysomeliade, Cassidini). You can start from there.
