I am only aware of this and the sweet potato being edible, believe some can actually make you sick, so be sure of your identification.

Well, that is something I didn't know, Chester. Is only this variety edible, or all Morning Glorys can be eaten? There are several species around here, and I'd like to try and taste them.

The roots of this morning glory are edible, and can be prepared like a potato.
