Turdoides striata

Description:

Common bird found throughout India, usually spotted in groups of six or more. Though drably colored in light brownish grey, they draw attention due to their loud calls.

Notes:

Had to click these loud and busy group right outside my window :D. Got some pretty close!

i love bird watching..previously i didnt know hindi names then i read a article published from national botanical research institute lucknow...on common birds in NBRI campus from there i knew about all hindi names..they have listed atleast..50 birds with hindi names..!!

dumri or saath bhai..coz they are usually found in groups of 6-12
