Turdoides striata
Common bird found throughout India, usually spotted in groups of six or more. Though drably colored in light brownish grey, they draw attention due to their loud calls.
Had to click these loud and busy group right outside my window :D. Got some pretty close!

i love bird watching..previously i didnt know hindi names then i read a article published from national botanical research institute lucknow...on common birds in NBRI campus from there i knew about all hindi names..they have listed atleast..50 birds with hindi names..!!
I agree with you Shashank. I cannot call it a day without watching this noisy group in my yard :) Thanks for the Hindi name suggestions. I'll update my postings.
