This is a female eastern pondhawk as told by the green coloration. The male is actually blue.

Habitat:

Wooded area next to slow moving stream with plenty of mosquitos.

Notes:

Spotted next to the foot bridge at the north of Tree Tops Park in Davie, Florida that leaves the park.
