Ixobrychus minutus
Very difficult to see normally except when they fly between reed-beds, low and fast, as in the first 2 pictures. Just occasionally they will settle on top of the reeds for a few moments before sliding down out of sight. Rarely you ight catch them over the open water as in Pic 6.
