I went back to check on the fledging Swainson's hawks today. Two of the 3 babies were no where to be found. However, one of the 3 sibling decided to stick around. He had left his nest and his tree and was on a street lamp less then 4 feet away from the nest. He was still making food cries and mom and dad were hunting prairie dogs near by.
