Description:

Family: Crambidae, Subfamily: Pyraustinae. An uncommon Pyraustine moth. TL 11-13 mm. Pale yellow FW has slightly darker veins. Dusky smudge in media area. Hosts: Seed heads of wild carrot.

Habitat:

Meadows (Range: Southeast Canada and Eastern USA)

Notes:

Introduced from Europe - New for my county, Carbon County, PA
