Chauliodes pectinicornis
Hi chilton603, while this amazing insect looks similar to a Dobsonfly, there are some differences that make me sure that this is a Fishfly.
The one of the easiest ways to tell the difference is to look at the antennae. Dobsonflies have serrate antennae (thin, almost linear with a bit of jaggedness, like a sawblade), while Summer Fishflies have pectinate antennae (comb-like).
Dobsonflies and fishflies have differences in the shape of their thoraxes, heads and mandibles (jaws). Dobsonflies, even females, have very impressive mandibles. See here to compare with your insect:

Dobsonflies and Fishflies are related and do have many similarities which can cause a lot of confusion. Many people have gotten them confused.
I hope this helps!
