Chrysomelidae, Galerucinae, Alticini, Omophoita sp. and might be Omophoita octomaculata ot Omophoita cyanipennis octomaculata. Also reported from Jamaica.
Other candidate could also be Omophoita albicollis

There might be some variability in colors. If you do not feel comfortable with any of the suggestions you might take also just Omophoita sp.
