Belly pattern matches best for White-throated, which is a common species in your area.

It was about 12-14 cm..

Probably a Treecreeper of some sort, what was the size, the Treecreepers are 14cm. My first thought was a Honeyeater but they are much bigger and I couldn't find a match.

White-browed treecreeper is also similar but both are out of range. White-throated looks too dark.

It is a tree.. Sadly this is the only photo I got..

Is it on a tree or a rock? I was looking at Red-browed Treecreeper, just cannot see the brow clearly from that angle.
