Although the whole bug is not visible, the metatibial flange (the "leaf" part of the leg where it gets wider) is clear and the shape of this one is unique to Acanthocephala declivis.
This is one of the Leptoglossus (leaf-footed bugs), but I can't see enough detail to help with the ID beyond that. See http://bugguide.net/node/view/245/bgimag... for more information.
