My bet would be on Paulownia, especially if it started growing this year and seems to be skyrocketing. I can't be sure without a slightly better picture of the leaf shape though. Check out the PLANTS Profile for it, there is a picture of the sapling, if your mystery plant matches those pictures, you should probably kill it. This tree is fairly invasive, especially in the Southeast.
