Family: Crambidae, Subfamily: Crambinae. Small common Grass Veneer moth. TL 12 mm. Satin white FW with a tiny black spot midway down wing. Fringe-like bottom of wings with golden colors. Hosts: grasses

Habitat:

open woodlands and meadows (Range: Southern Canada and Eastern USA) Attracted to light.
