I think you got it right! After looking a bunch of those photos he looks spot on for a Zabulon Skipper. Thank You!

I would agree that it is definitely some kind of skipper. I'm not positive of the species, but the Zabulon Skipper is the one that looks closest in the book I have and the range is right. Here is a link with more information: http://bugguide.net/node/view/616686/bgi...
