Description:

Female much larger than male with colour uniform but variable. Abdomen has swollen, angular appearance. Invariably found on flowers.

Habitat:

Favours heath and maquis. Seen June-August.

Notes:

This one was spotted in a client's garden on a hibiscus plant.
