Well your first pick shows the classic color of the Rock Dove (Columba livia). Which is the same species as the Domestic Pigeon, therefor the Domestic Pigeon is (Columba livia domestica), in turn most of the pigeons we see "wild" in the cities are just domestic populations that have turn feral. So no big deal, to me a Pigeon is a domesticated Rock Dove that has become ferral. You can call this a pigeon or a rock dove and just call it (Columba livia)
