Neographium agesilaus eimeri
The individual of the photo was close to a natural hot springs.
Quite a tricky group since there were several re-namings: Eurytides, Protographium, Protesilaus and Neographium are all of the "same" families of Kite-Swallowtails. I will try to check the actual taxon, but I think it might be Neographium as mentioned in the link of BOA.
