Goniopora sp.
A type of stony coral whose flower-like polyps have extended stalks tentacles that look like a flower's petals. Some species under Goniopora are also called Flowerpot Coral.
Spotted this in about 14m of water at the Coral Gardens dive site, Talikud Island, Philippines.
